Our labrador retriever puppies are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery in person to you. Each puppy will have been dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks with Nemex-2. At 6 weeks of age the puppies receive their first set of puppy vaccines which is the Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv+Cv vaccine for the following: Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Coronavirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus.
Please be careful where you take the puppy and when you put it down, be sure the area is sanitary and safe. The puppies will not have their full strength immune systems until after they receive their third puppy vaccine from your veterinarian. At this point they have only received the first of the three puppy vaccines and will not receive their next vaccine until they are 10 weeks old.
We strive to produce the finest Labrador Retrievers possible in temperament and conformation. We have done extensive research on our breeding stock, and are doing our best to reduce the occurrence of hereditary defects. The majority of our puppies are sold as pets.
Each labrador retriever puppy is guaranteed to be free from any hereditary hip dysplasia for two years to the original purchaser. We will extend this Health Guarantee an addition year, for a total of three years, if you continue administering NuVet Plus Vitamins on a daily basis for your puppy/dog through the three year period. If your puppy is diagnosed with hereditary hip dysplasia (non-injury and non-unilateral) from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals within the first two years of life, you would need to send a copy of all medical records showing that you have kept all shots and medical treatment current, there will need to be a statement from a OFA veterinarian stating the health problem (we reserve the right to obtain a second opinion), the AKC registration papers would need to be released to us, along with the puppy, and then Bullis Lake Labradors will replace the puppy. Bullis Lake Labradors will not pay any medical bills, shipping, or travel expenses.
Our Health Guarantee does not cover any veterinarian costs, diagnostic costs, medical bills, diagnostic costs, transportation costs, or training expenses.
If in the future your life situation changes and you can no longer keep the labrador puppy you purchased from us, we ask that you contact us so we can assist you in trying to find a suitable new home for your labrador retriever. We sometimes receive calls from people interested in an adult dog.
Except as specifically set forth herein, there are no express or implied warranties with respect to the puppy you purchased from us; the puppy is sold “as is;” there are no other warranties with respect to any patent or latent conditions of the animal (whether health, temperament or otherwise); and Seller is not liable for actual, consequential, or other damages of any type or nature. The limited warranties provided herein are personal to the person whom purchased the puppy from Bullis Lake Labradors, and non-transferable. By purchasing a puppy from us, you are agreeing with the terms of this Agreement.
